Our Employee Wellness Clinic is a primary care facility available to employees and their immediate family with trained professionals who are here to serve you!

The Employee Wellness Clinic is centrally located at 350 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, Georgia 31904. They can be reached by phone at 706-243-0250. No appointment necessary.

Visits are just a $5 co-pay with company sponsored insurance, or $10 co-pay if you are not on the company insurance. No Insurance filings, No expensive bills-- only the co-pay!

• Minor Lacerations

• Lab Work

• Medication Management

• Pap and Breast Exams
