Insurance & 401(k)


We are proud to offer Health Insurance & 401(k) to all of our McDonald's employees that meet the minimum requirements set-forth by the individual programs.


Health Insurance & 401(k) enrollment can only be completed during the enrollment period (normally from November through December), or when a qualifying life event occurs (loss of coverage, getting married or divorced , having a baby, turning 26, etc.)

Whether you have one of our company sponsored insurance plans or not, we offer ALL of our employees access to our Employee Health Clinic.

Available for a small co-pay of $5-$10, you and your dependents can visit our clinic! No expensive medical bills, just great care by our doctors!

Employee Health Clinic

For those covered by our Bronze or Gold Health Insurance Plans: There are NO network restrictions. You are free to see any doctor, just present your insurance card at the time of service.

For employees older then 18 years of age, 1 year of service and average of 30 hours (over 26 pay periods) are eligible for our discounted Bronze Level Health & Dental Insurance

Generally only available for enrollment during Open Enrollment or qualifying life event, but if you become eligible during the year, your supervisor will contact you.

for Hourly Employees

It's never too early to start planning for retirement. We are proud to offer a $1-for-$1 match (up to 5%) for 401(k) contributions.

Available to those older than 21, 1 year of service and work more than 1,000 hours per year.

401(k) Retirement

For Salaried Managers are eligible for our discounted Gold Level Health, Vision & Dental Insurance after 90-days of service, a qualifying life event or during Opening Enrollment.
